Backspin Puzzle Break! (Vika Edition)

Vika, getting the (solo) puzzle treatment. And if you get overwhelmed and your chest starts to hurt while solving this one, feel free to take a medical timeout (or two) to get yourself together. You won't be penalized for your actions.

All for now.

I need an alterego too...

Did you see Caroline's faux 'do? I get that she has a sense of humor...but I always feel like she's the person who's late to the party...i mean Sharapova did this a year ago. If she's willing to copy the antics, why not copy the games?????

Ah Todd, what to do with kvitova....if she doesn't clean up her game sooner or later she might fall into the one time wonder category. Which, she is too good to be there.

Jo, don't you wish you could have 10 minutes with Petra? I do. I can't help it--doing what I do for a living--I believe there are approaches to be taken that probably haven't been explored. It frustrates me--I want Petra to win and win and win.

Diane, think she need some changes with her team. Her coach, her trainer, Fer hitting partner, her fitness program.... Something to spark off new direction.

Agreed. And what the wonderful Schiavone refers to as "the mental coach."

A.Radwanska: "The athlete who needs a psychologist is not suitable for sport."

Just thought she'd throw in her opinion if she had the chance, so I did it for her. :)

Of all the creepy things Aga ever said, I think that one was the worst. I understand why she's the way she is, though. Hopefully, she'll mature without needing the help of a--ahem--mental health specialist.

Talking about aga. She has to play big , it's again proving to be essential to have a shot at the slam . No matter how crafty she is, she is going to be brushed aside. She has a game that can evolve, already all - court, already a decent serve, already have more winners in matches. Otherwise she will be a 'ferrer' in wta.

Barthel, impressive week. A top 10 material. Paris should be a launch pad for her just like kvitova and Kerber. Exciting!

Again lisicki, so inconsistent without plan b......

Lisicki came back from 5-2 down in the 3rd, saving two MP, to break Kirilenko twice and serve for the match at 6-5... then she lost seven of eight points on serve and lost the match in a deciding tie-break (7-1). Sheesh.
